Healthy tasty and fresh, the paleo diet is amazing! Read some reviews that complain on the size but that's because the lunch one is smaller and dinner is bigger, self explanatory... Whole point of a diet is portions. Therefore giving it 5 stars for amazing food and portions!

I've been with deliver lean on and off, but I must say that I absolutely love their food. Its flavorful, healthy, and good sized portions. The customer service is pretty good in following up. When I had a minor issue, Peter was very helpful to make sure my issue got resolved and I was a happy customer :-) he provided some snacks and juices to try out. The reason I'm giving it a 4/5 star is because one too many times I receive the same meal for lunch and dinner :-( i 'd like variety :-( Other than that, i would highly recommend it. I already did at the office :-) let's see who signs up.

Good thing we r in love with the food, because a few more meals arrived with restricted items. Again, problem was resolved quickly and nicely so I am keeping them at 4 stars. I'm convinced the meals are healthy and promote clean eating/weight control, when eaten regularly. My husband has gone down a pant size. I'm feeling my clothes fitting better, and overall we have more time and spend less on food.

After a full week of 4 meals a day with a few snacks and desserts thrown in, (eating the Paleo Meals) I can't tell you how great the food is! I'm in Ft Lauderdale for 2 months on business and staying in a hotel. Having access only to a microwave and fridge, I ordered DeliverLean for a healthy, easy food option. I get my food delivered 3 times a week and it's amazing!!! Tons of variety, and the few problems I had with delivery were resolved in a timely, friendly manner.

I just signed up for this food delivery service only because my schedule is craqzy this month to have time to cook. I was specific when I signed up that I am only interested in a months worth of prepared food delivery. So, today, I received an email from their customer service rep that not unless I have something in writing, the service is recurring??? What is up with this, when initially I told the owner I was only interested for the month of Feb. What is up with all these dishonest establishments in South Florida??? So, beware!!!

I have to give Deliver Lean a 5 star because their food is great and they have awesome customer service. They never miss a delivery and they always answer all your emails and did I already say their food is great!! Its so nice to find a company in Florida with a great product and great customer service.

Received my first week of food and have been very pleased with the delivery service and food so far. The turkey burger and mushroom beef bolognese were my absolute favorites! 5 stars! I'm impressed that the food can still taste so good while being healthy too!

Beware of this type of service. You are at risk of wasting your money if the meals they send you are not good. You still have to pay around $10 per meal no matter if you like it or not. Save your money and go to a restaurant where at least, you are assured you are paying for a dish you like or you can return it and get something different. Not here! you pay for whatever they send you! you have to rely on pure luck. I was partially lucky because half of the meals I got were good, the other half were horrible. I just wanted to try for one week and wanted to decide if I want to continue getting the service. Bolognese and angus beef were good but the chicken and pork were horrible. They send me two meals repeated in the same delivery by the way. The food really tasted like it was a $3 frozen boxed food that was cooked months ago. I thought they cook the food just a few hours before they deliver it. Wrong! it seems they prepare the food with at least two days in advance. No surprise the food tasted like cheap pre-cooked frozen food. The portions are not that big either. I usually get hungry 6 to 8 hours after eating a big meal, with their food, two hours later and hungry again. So there were in total around 5 meals that I had to throw out to the garbage which means, at least I wasted $50 and still had to spend more money in getting better food elsewhere. Be aware that if you want to cancel your plan, do it three days in advance or you have to pay for the meals of the two or three days ahead. I tried to cancel the first day I get the food for the first time and I didn't like it. Pete convinced me to try them for more two days or I can cancel on Tuesday. Well, I called on Tuesday to cancel and told them to not deliver the meal of the next two days and give me the refund. They said they couldn't do that because the food was already prepared and I have no choice but to eat it and pay for it! So why I was told I could cancel on Tuesday if I still had to pay for the last days anyway? I feel that I was kind of scammed by them. I hope they would have warned me that if I would call to cancel, it must be with three days in advance or I must have to pay for it. If I would have known, I would have never let them convinced me to try for two more days. Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere. You would get a much better deal and better quality chicken at boston market for $10, and even a good portion.

Food is good but I specifically was assured that they could address my food allergies which include Kale. However in my first two deliveries they have included 4 kale items. They assured me they could fix but it does seem you have to check the food carefully - which defeats the purpose of making this easy.

I signed up for this service in April and can't wait for my plan to be done. Constant problems with the service. Not enough meals delivered, juices left out, wrong plan delivered, problems with pausing service while on vacation - you name it. Peter tried to resolve everything at the start but towards the end I am pretty sure he was more like oh it is you again. I am not sure what is so hard about reading a menu and placing the correct meals in the bag but it seems to be a big problem for this company. I purchased the service to make my life easier but found myself more stressed out because I had to run to the grocery store last minute because the meals were wrong. Never did they offer to bring me new meals instead just continue to credit my account. I have used other delivery services in the past and never had these problems. I say don't waste your time.

I just want to put this BUYER BEWARE out there for everyone. Deliver Lean food is pretty good but the professionalism of the customer service/billing dept is lacking. In July I had asked in writing to cancel my service. The response I had gotten in writing was that they could not cancel and refund any money but would cancel as soon as I reach the point to which I had prepaid in the beginning of August. That was less than ideal but acceptable. However instead of canceling as requested I was charged another full month. I had found out their error when I was notified by my condo community doorman that there as another delivery. I was not even home to be able to salvage the food. I notified their billing immediately to try to resolve. I have had to contact them multiple times to resolve and here we are in September and they are still charging me after I had cancelled my service in July. So if you are going to sign up just plan on canceling your credit card or having to dispute the continued charges with your credit card company once you do decide to stop deliveries. It is a shame. I had been a loyal customer for over a year and in that time many coworkers and neighbors had started to use their service. The idea of the company is good. The chef who creates meals is talented and inventive but their business services are abysmal. I can completely understand everyone makes mistakes but I had been assured repeatedly that it would be resolved in writing and in multiple phone conversations. They are either incompetent or scammers.

I decided to give deliver lean a second chance after not being completely satisfied during my first experience in 2014. The main frustrations during my first experience were food not being delivered on time, the wrong food being delivered and lack of follow up from the customer service department. During my second experience the service improved greatly. The only error this time was missing a meal and delivering the wrong meal type. However, Peter the manager was very involved and made sure the service was positive. Deliver leans food is tasty and it is a great alternative for someone like myself who is looking to eat healthy with a busy schedule.

Very expensive for bland food & horrible customer service. Tell them you don't like sea food? You will get shrimp in your next meal..two days in a row until you scream at them and demand a refund. I guess I should have told them I was allergic to sea food, maybe they would have listened. They leave their bags out front of your house for weeks until you make another delivery.

Just stick to there healthy meals plus exercise and don't forget to add there fresh delicious juices ! Easy sign-up and some nice selections. Filled a gap for us when we were super busy and implicated by some health challenges where getting out was difficult. Ultimately ended the service because the on and off option was too cumbersome with my dynamic work schedule and being out of town for some healthcare, The strength of this business is the vegan and vegetarian options. You really can't go wrong with those.

I'm a native New Yorker and have always ordered in so when I starting spending my winters in Miami I needed to find an option for meals that was as convenient as in NY. I was referred to DeliverLean through a friend that raved about the quality of their food and the variety of healthy options. She's an amazing cook herself so if she said the food was good I was willing to give it a try! I couldn't have been happier with my choice. The portions were perfect and the deliveries always arrived on schedule. It was such a relief to not have to think about what I was going to eat each day and to actually enjoy the food was a huge plus! The staff was super friendly and helpful and willing to answer all of my questions. I will definitely be using this service when I return in the winter.

I've received one week of food so far, and I love it. I feel it's too soon to give them a five-star rating, but if things keep going the way they are right now, I'll update my review. Both Peter and Jorge have been very helpful. When making my decision to order DeliverLean, Jorge was patient and answered all of my questions (and trust me, I had a lot). My boyfriend and I agreed that we wanted lunch and dinner delivered for 5 days a week. Jorge was kind enough to tell me the price for a month of: -5 days worth of paleo lunches and dinners with organic meat for two people (too pricey for me) -5 days worth of traditional lunches and dinners for two people (still not in my price range) -4 days worth of traditional lunches and dinners for two people (DING DING DING! This was the winner.) The BENEFITS I've seen so far and hope to see in the future: -The price is about the same and sometimes less than what we have been spending on food. -This approach to healthy eating is much less wasteful than buying fresh produce ahead of time and only getting the opportunity to use SOME of it before it goes bad. We may intend to cook at home throughout the week, but it rarely ends up happening as often as we would like. - DeliverLean helps us to avoid settling for unhealthy, convenient foods (fast food, delivery, take out - all of which have ridiculous portion sizes, high calorie content, or both, not to mention high sugar, high sodium, processed garbage, and fillers). -Already, DeliverLean meals have reduced stress in our lives. Neither of us have to scurry to the grocery store and Whole Foods multiple times a week or plan out a healthy menu for the week. It's nice to come home from a long day and know that dinner is already chopped, seasoned, cooked, and ready to enjoy (after about 2-3 minutes). -We requested that a few ingredients not be included in any of the meals, and that request was respected. -Every meal we've had so far has been different. I'm liking the variety. -Representatives have followed up with me both to ensure that my food arrived, and to check for satisfaction. The only CON I can think of at this time is: -Payment is due at one time. I and many others could benefit from a plan which involves bi-weekly payment installments or something else that would be similar to the frequency by which people normally buy groceries. I believe that more people would be inclined to purchase something that doesn't put them out any more than what they are used to, like a regularly scheduled trip to the grocery store. My boyfriend and I want to eat healthy and enjoy what little free time we have after our often long work days. DeliverLean seems like the perfect solution to this so far. Keep up the good work!

I've been doing the Paleo meal delivery service for 3 meals per day breakfast-lunch-dinner, 5 days per week. I will say that most of the recipes taste good. I do not eat Lean Cuisines and frozen-type meals because I do not like the meat in them. The meat with DeliverLean is real meat and not frozen. Food is fresh and the portion size leaves me full. My issue with DeliverLean is that their bags do not always keep the food cold. I have twice had to throw away food because it was warm when I pulled it out of the bag and the ice packs had melted. I called and reported the issue the first time and they credited my account. I explained that I thought the bag was inferior to the bag they had used previously (one was heavy-duty insulated and one was thin and insulated). I thought that would resolve the issue but it happened again last week. This time, the customer service rep made sure to put a note that I needed extra ice packs and she said she thought it would fix the issue. I will say that customer service is PHENOMENAL about handling the issues and have had no problem crediting the account. They are available and willing to help. I certainly hope the hot food doesn't happen again or I will cancel the account. Its a shame because I have lost weight but I would be forced to find a company with better quality control since I do not have a back-up plan for those meals that get thrown away. I did wind up calling back with a fish and shellfish allergy because I saw Tilapia on the menu and I do not eat Tilapia. In addition, reheating fish at work in the microwave just stinks everyone out and in my opinion, reheated fish just doesn't taste very good. They did inform me that there was a possibility of duplicate dishes and sure enough, I have one this week. Not a problem for me but it might be for others. The are options to mix the number of meals of each plan you have as well - especially, if you are considering eating Vegetarian a couple of days per week for example. All in all, I would recommend them. I have paused them while on vacation without an issue. My biggest complaint are the two deliveries I had with food not being kept to temperature but the first order after I recently complained was fine and had additional ice packs, so we shall see how it goes.

I discovered DeliverLean on my last trip to MIami, and I can't express how amazing it is! Being from Chicago & New York and constantly on the go, I've been searching for a food delivery service for a couple of years now and I have to say that this is the best I've come across. I love the portion size and felt the food was extremely fresh & healthy. I heard that DeliverLean may be expanding to NY - I really hope so!! Fingers Crossed.

This is what I have been needing for so long! Convenience usually means ordering out or quick decisions resulting in my poor diet. I don't have the time to cook proper meals and go to the store to buy fresh ingredients. I'm receiving Paleo breakfast, lunch and dinner and I'm so satisfied! The food taste great full of flavor and the proportions are satisfying. I feel I have less cravings for junk food maybe because I have delicious healthier food already prepared. It may seem pricey but compared to eating out + tip, delivery, +tip&fee, food going bad it is really saving me money every month. I am not always in town so If I need to pause my deliveries, contacting customer service is easy breezy. They fulfilled my request on leaving out foods I don't eat. Wish I enrolled sooner, thank you deliver lean :)

After researching many other companies and being skeptical at the poor reviews (and horror stories!), I decided to take the plunge with Deliver Lean. I have to say that I'm SO glad I did! They have delivered exactly what I was expecting: healthy, fresh and portion controlled meals. Everyone I have dealt with - from the woman who explained the program and signed me up over the phone, to the customer service staff who checked in to see how my program was going - I have been very satisfied at the level of detail and attention paid to keeping me on as a happy customer. The biggest takeaway from my experience so far is (re)learning portion size. At first glance, I thought I wouldn't be satisfied from the serving sizes, but I was wrong. The food is delicious, balanced, and has definitely kept me full. I went for the traditional breakfast and lunch with a paleo dinner option. Since I normally snack once or twice a day, I decided to increase my plan to also include a paleo snack for the afternoon, too. I would highly recommend this service to anyone who is too lazy to cook healthy meals, has a crazy schedule, wants to slim down, or just wants to see how a portion should really be. I am 2lbs down in the first week and counting, and look forward to seeing more results in the near future. Thanks, Deliver Lean! :)

MAKE SURE IF YOU CANCEL YOU GET YOUR BAG DEPOSIT BACK, I used deliver lean for 1 month. Enjoyed the convenience and portion control however I ultimately ended the contract b/c I had to wake up to let the delivery guy in my building every other day at 3am. The food was delicious 75% of the time so I can't complain about that. My biggest complaint is I never received my bag deposit fee back after my final bag was picked up. It seems as if they hope you don't remember. I've called various times for 2 1/2 months since my bag was picked up and always told billing would be contacting me. Billing never contacted me. I'm still calling and waiting for my deposit to appear in my account.

I just started DeliverLean this week and it's been great. The food is delicious, perfect portions and a great variety. It's nice to wake up to two days of food right at my door just in time for breakfast! I highly recommend giving DeliverLean a try.

I started Deliverlean because I have been off and on a low carb diet with absolutely no portion control for 8 or so years. The weekend was a free for all then I'd lose what I gained during the week. No working out. Well, the older I got, this wasn't necessarily the case anymore as I climbed up 40 pounds in the last 3 years. I needed a healthy option to lose weight and I have found it with Deliverlean. I started on Jan 12th with 3 meals a day 7 days a week. I do a traditional breakfast. Then Paleo for lunch and dinner. I also have been going to the gym 3-4 times a week. I feel better now than I have in years. At the 1 month mark I went down 16 pounds. The food tastes great! If you get something you don't like, which has happened once, they will block it from ever coming to you again. I also travel a lot and I have been able to pause and restart my deliveries with ease. On a side note, all I've been to the grocery store for since starting is water, sparkling water, and bathroom essentials. I'm actually saving more money than shopping and eating out. Bam! I'd recommend the Deliverlean service to any of my friends and family. I'm pumped to see how the next 30 days go!

My husband and I did a week of the paleo plan. They deliver Monday, Wednesday, Friday. On Monday they shorted me two meals.Although they were apologetic, they would not bring me the meals I was missing until Wednesday. On Wednesday, not only did they not bring me the two meals I was missing from Monday, they also shorted me two meals again. And once again they refused to bring me my missing meals. So what did I get for my four missing missing meals...two desserts on Friday. The food was not bad, but there customer service is awful. I didn't get what I paid for and was left scrambling for meals. I can't recommend a company that doesn't put the customer first, especially when it was Deliver Lean's error.

Terrible customer service!!! My parents and I all started Deliver Lean at the recommendation of a family friend. My mother was on the vegetarian plan but didn't like it and found it overpriced. On her second day of service we sent an email to cancel her plan. Peter called right away and said he would take care of it and send me an email. According to their cancellation policy it can take up to 3 days to process and we should have received a refund for her plan. 4 days later and still no email or refund but they continue to send her food. I then sent an email every day asking for someone to respond and process the cancellation and NOTHING. I understand that they're a growing company but that is awful customer service!! I emailed their billing department for an invoice and realized that my plan was set to renew in 2 days. It seems to me that they aren't responding in order to charge us more, which is unacceptable! We had to call our credit card company to cancel our cards to prevent them from making any more charges. The food is good, even though they have some quality control issues (undercooked chicken, moldy fruit), but it is not worth the headache! Deliver Lean does not respect their customers.

I have tried a couple of other healthy food delivery companies.......DeliverLean is very fresh and tasty.....the vegetables are crisp and awesome. I especially liked the OnJuice. Looking forward to trying the days ahead. Can't wait to tell my friends I finally found an awesome healthy food delivery company!!!!!!!

Some of their food was decent but their service stunk. They duplicated meals, sent the wrong days, sent over cooked food, sent things they were asked verbally and in writing not to. It was the biggest wate of money. Unfortunately I paid a month in advance. Then to top it off they sent a group message to people canceling or who had already canceled with each others personal information!

This is my first experience using DeliverLean! it has been wonderful and all the support team so kind and easy to work with. There are so many choices and i have varied my diet to include some foods that i probably would not have tried. It is extremely fresh, and all the dishes have their own flavors. I do not feel like i am eating the same things all the time which happens to me when i cook or myself. It really teaches you portion control and helps to keep me in check when dining out! I highly recommend this company.

So I am on week 2 of DeliverLean and I have to say...yum! This is my first time doing a meal plan. I've tasted other meal plans like free samples and at health events and I wasn't even sent a couple for free but I wasn't very impressed so I just didn't want to spend the money om something I didn't like. My crossfit coach raved about this DeliverLean and she also looked like she had lost weight too so I did some research- found out that people loved the food and loved the customer service received so I emailed the rep, Peter. I originally wanted to do 1 week but I signed up for two weeks. It's been super easy and stress free. I receive food for two days, heat and eat. The food doesn't taste old or stale either. It's fresh always. Also for me it's been kinda cost effective because being a new mom, I am always rushed and/or too busy or exhausted to make meals that I always had to pick up food for breakfast, lunch and sometimes dinner for me and my hubs. Sometimes I just would forget to eat so this keeps me on track. And the food is healthy and tastes great which is another plus. It's not cheap but I wouldn't want to pay for something and it taste horrible. This is good quality food. I also like that they change it up. I have yet to get the same meal twice. It's always changing so this is what I love the most. I would get bored really quick if it was the same food over and over. Blah! The breakfasts are the best btw! YUMMY! Anyways I do feel leaner too. Like I feel like my belly has gone down and I feel slimmer so that's a HUGE plus since I am still trying to lose this baby weight. I do the traditional breakfast and dinner and the paleo dinner. So far this works for me. I can't wait to see how I feel after week two! Keep you posted!

Absolutely horrible experience. Several deliveries showed up missing meals, some never showed up at all. The items I requested to be excluded from meals were in almost every meal. In any given week, the same meals would be repeated 2 or 3 times. There was no attention to detail and customer service, while always apologetic, never corrected the problems. I used this service for 6 months, so I gave them a fair shot. I finally had to cancel due to the frustration.

This is the third delivery service that I've tried. I love Deliver Lean! Not only is their food quality and taste excellent, but they are super flexible. I consider myself a foodie and an excellent cook myself, which makes me a hard person to impress. I AM IMPRESSED!! I also like that they follow up and try to earn my business. I can take my money anywhere, but their service makes me want to keep coming back. Keep up the great work, Deliver Lean!

It looks like everyone is having the same issues... interesting concept, but the follow-through sucks... too many stupid fees, too many rules, small portions, no choice... you can tell they know how horrible their food/service is by how hard it is to cancel. im always skeptical of companies that lock you into something for weeks or a month... I should have trusted my gut. after complaining about them on facebook, I had a dozen friends tell me they had the same experience... i guess next time i'll ask around or look up reviews first. thanks for nothing, DL

Extremely disappointed from the service!! Much worse than other companies offering this type of service in the area. When you are signing up with them, nothing is a problem, and everything is possible. Once they have your money, everything seems to be a problem. They would left the food at the front gate instead of bringing it up by the apartment (they were granted access to the building), and only until multiple emails the guy was not lazy and actually brought it up! Also, they bring the food early Monday morning in the cooler (you have Monday and Tuesday meals there), but on the boxes it doesn't say at all what should be for which meal (lunch/dinner,snack) or even which day (it just says Mon&Tue). They send an email with the menu for the entire week, but this comes around lunch on Monday!!! Too late! The customer service is terrible, and in the end they were more pain than an enjoyable experience.

I am very impressed with DeliverLean. They are accommodating of food omissions, deliver consistently on-time and delicious food and have awesome customer service who call to ensure customer satisfaction. They even include free samples of additional products to try! I wish I knew about them before! Happy customer.

Terrible!!!!!! I pay money to not worry about my food being delivered and constantly I'm missing meals or I get the same meals for lunch and dinner. There is no vegetables besides a few and all meat w no flavor. Terrible service. Rip off

Worst service ever. They don't deserve one star. Don't waste your money. Canceling service was near impossible. I still get soliciting emails even though I've unsubscribed numerous times! The sales rep Peter was the worst. They had a couple of reps in customer service that were nice but unfortunately we're not able to cancel as I prepaid. Big mistake. If you want to try do a week to week.

The food is excellent. I never had a meal that I didn't like. The food is delivered by 7:30AM Mon, Wed, Fri, and I have never had a problem receiving my meals. I had to cancel because they have 72-hour stop/hold policy that didn't work out with my work scheduled, or else I'd continue getting deliveries.

I just started using Deliver Lean. They were very professional and courteous on the phone. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase the product. The food was delivered as discussed and was delicious. My wife and I are on a six day plan. Each day, I get three meals and two snacks, all of which are ample, fresh, healthy and delicious. I can't believe that 1700 calories can go so far. We LOVE the program. I highly recommend it. In my opinion, the cost is only moderate when you consider what you are saving in trips to the supermarket and/or restaurants.

I was surprised about how delicious the food is. The staff (Debbie) is personable and accommodating. I am celiac and they took great care in offering me all gluten-free foods. It was also easy to start and stop my meals when I travel. I moved to New York about six months ago and miss the service very much. I hope they soon expand to New York.

wow I was seriously considering using this company as an alternate to the other company I was using. The man on the phone was practically bullying me to book it right then and now. When I explained that I was only paying $27.99 a day for the other play he started being aggressive "I am telling you that you are making a big mistake, our food is much more superior and much healthier. You should not be price shopping for food, our quality is ...blah blah blah. Then he ended with I can sign you up now to start delivery on Monday. I told him sorry I wouldnt do anything without talking to my fiance first. I would never use someone so arrogant and aggressive BEFORE I order their services. Oh and BEWARE the price you see they do not mention its an extra $5.00 delivery fee, and a $30.00 deposit for the bags they use to deliver their phone.

The portions are fine they are reg size I get full off of one. I think it depends on how much the person is used to eating. They are expensive but there is no salt in it and the food is very healthy. I think it adds up to about the same price ud spend at say publix. the food is high quality also.

Food is fair to poor. The portions are miniscule, so i needed to eat two, which negated any weight loss. Lots of bland dry chicken, take out chinese...cohldn't get them to pick up my bag when i finished delivery after 5 weeks.

I recently began using DeliverLean and so far I can say I'm very satisfied. I'm on a 3 meal per day/ 5 days per week plan. Everything comes well packaged, the food taste great and it's cooked to perfection. If you want to eat food that's "clean", well balanced and proportioned, this is the place to go.
